Gaza, 09/09/2008 – Ahmad Shweedah, il dirigente di Hamas incaricato del dossier prigionieri, si rifiuta di trasmettere la lettera di Noam e Aviva Shalit al loro figlio Gilad (da più di due anni ostaggio nelle mani di terroristi palestinesi nella striscia di Gaza) come rappresaglia, afferma, “per le violazioni israeliane dei diritti elementari dei prigionieri palestinesi” (detenuti per terrorismo che possono essere visitati da Croce Rossa, familiari, legali, politici, giornalisti).
